My Verizon Krzr keeps shutting itself off, even with a full battery. Any idea why?

I just got the phone, and it has shut itself off while in my pocket and while I am using it.

I would definitely take it back and exchange it. I had to take my krzr back for a keypad failure, Verizon swapped it no problems.

since you just got the phone it is covered in a 1 year warranty. so Verizon wireless will replace it for you for free. as of why its shutting off, sounds like its just a malfunction.. so you are covered.
