Doesn't matter, she's gonna find out regardless! Either way, he ruined that trust but it doesn't matter because he's meant to be with Izzy, but it would be Grey's if there isn't a long road for them to get there right?!? I've never been so excited for someone to committ adultery..I'm ashamed.

If I was George I would not choose to tell Callie, but my guess is that I would somehow accidentally tell her. In the actual show, I bet Callie finds out from George or Izzy. What do you think? I love that show!

I'm still kind of in a debate. I would tell Callie because its the right thing to do, but I wouldn't tell Callie because Callies dad is one intimidating father, and I wouldn't want to hurt there marriage

He is in a tought spot. If he tells her now she will definitely be hurt and very upset ... although from the way the show ended I am wondering if she did something as well that she is not telling him.
If he doesn't tell her and she finds out later I think it will be even worse because she will be upset at what happened and also upset that he didn't tell her.

Absolutely not. It's George's guilt, and if he wants his marriage to work, why should he make her feel bad. If he wants out, he should tell her that, and still not tell her about Izzy and make her feel bad. Cheating is not good.
