I'm a sophmore who starts on varsity one of the most overlooked things is quickness just continue to work on beating your man off the line remember to stay low and watch out for chop block if you play DE you will run into a lot of under-sized TE who will try and take your legs out. Don't listen to these other guys don't play through anger it will just cause you to make multiple mistakes play smart and aggresive

You could give the rabbit drill a try its basically you verse an o-line men you have to get by him to get the guy at QB and he can move around as much as he likes to get away this drill is normally done in a circle oh and get your bench up 210 is pathetic for a freshmen d line men on my team you didnt play unless you benched 250 and squated 455 for the possition

There are a lot of good moves to ask your coach about and stay a little after practice.

There's the...

Bull rush
Swim Move
Rip move
Spin move

If you learn a couple of good moves and do them really well, you can get to the QB on occasion. Remember, even the best pass rushers don't even get one a game. one every 2 games is pretty good. Learn some moves, practice and remember these 2 rules of thumb...

Never leave your feet.

Take the inside gap whenever allowed.

Damn dude! You got some crazy stats! Did you play on varsity though? That's a big factor. If so, work on your moves to get past people like the swim and spin etc. If you perfect these you sound unstoppable. If you didn't play on varsity (don't know why you wouldn't) you need to work on hitting hard at full speed. Don't get cocky because you did great freshmen year on the freshmen team, lot different from varsity and JV!
