If you really want to make your 03' Civic from 160hp to 200-250, I would start off buying an inter cooler, which would make your engine last longer, and boos up a few hp. Or buy a supercharger, an after market engine or a turbo kit. It will be costly, but it will be worth it.

1. Bolt on a supercharger or turbocharger
2. Build a full-race motor that won't be street legal or street drivable.
3. Swap in the engine from a different model Honda or Acura that produces the power you need.

Sorry. There is just no way to get that kind of power increase without something that drastic.

Yes supercharging or turbo charging would work. There are kits available from companies like comptechusa.com , greddy.com Do a search on the internet. Buy a kit that has all the required parts which should also include a small computer that will alter stock computers fuel delivery map.
Good Luck

You can get the head re-fitted with different camshaft(s) and have the ports polished. Anything you do will cost mega money to gain 75 HP.
