Hi, I work at Home Depot in paint dept. LOL.
There is a product called moistenbocker latex paint removal in a spray bottle. It is water based, and will not hurt your clothing. Try it, it works. Around $6.95

By the by ---oil based products will ruin your clothing.

If it's oil based paint, take it to the dry cleaners. Dry cleaning specializes in removing oil based stains. I was a dry cleaner for twelve years and I used to remove paint from garment all the time. However, if there is any silk screen on the shorts, they shouldn't be dry cleaned. Check the care tag on the shorts first.

if you dried it in a drier it might be dead, but try oops or goof off, or wd40, you have to have an oil based cleaner for paint spots, good luck and i hope you learn to buy ten dollar shorts from walmart, what a waste of money, i never buy brand names, its stupid paying for a label.
