I reccomend Ballet Flats, especially Old Navy and Payless! They're stylish, comfortable, and unexpensive! I also think this one type of shoe I have would work, it's like a1/2 inch thick clog, but it's really comfortable, and mine have sequins on the top, and it's a round-toe shoe that I got for $7.99 from a magazine. Maybe you should get like those foot support insoles for your back, cuz my mom is a bartender and she uses those and the work really good! Good luck! :-D

Definately ballet flats are a good choice for style and comfort. Also, get one of those Dr.Scholls feet cushion things to help alleviate pressure standing so long on your feet and to offer arch support.

I like Clarks of England - you can find them at DSW. They make your feet feel wonderful withouth having the "orthopedic shoe" look.

You should be good with any kind of sneaker. New Balance is supposed to be very comfortable.

nurses shoes. They look like clogs and are plain colored, they're about $100 though but are worth it!!
