if it turns over,then it cant be the starter.sounds like fuel to me.did you change the gas filter?you might check the plugs,they might need cleaned and adjusted.

i own a shop,and there may not actually be that much of a problem with it,other than a good tune up,not all vehicles will start right up as soon as the key is turned over,but just doing a good basic tune up will improve the way any vehicle starts and runs,usually that's all they need is a good tune up,or a new gas filter on them,its usually a minor thing,good luck with it i hope this helps.

If it is hard to start after sitting for a while but starts right up ofter it has been warmed up it could be the fuel pump. If it hasn't been tuned up for a while I would try that first

If any of the below has not been done recently:
Replace air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap and rotor, pcv valve, breather cap, oil and filter change, fuel filter.
Blam, it runs.
