i don't like using itunes because it costs money to download songs, but i'm afraid that limewire or other programs may contain viruses. what should i do?

umm i am not going to recommend you using an illegal music download programs but if i had to limewire is the most virus free out of them all but if you are going to use it get avg (a virus protection program) because it will prevent any virus entering your computer if you accidentally downloaded a virus instead of a song.

Unlikely.
You could also torrent the tiles, via a torrent but alas it is also illegal.
Or if you have friends that buy cds, get their cds and rip it into the iPod, legal but people probably don't use cds anymore.

limewire doesnt cause any viruses but its technically illegal since you aint payin da money.
