I would just google search it. If that does not work, I would search "SNES emulators.'
Although you don't need that exact program to work roms on your computer. That is, unless you are trying to have lan games with your friends. But just browse different emulator sites and you'll find one.
P.S. my personal favorite is Znes, just in case you were interested in other ones.
