I want to know how to save Prince of Persia Warrior Within game help!!!?

I haven't played it, but I have the prince od persia the two thrones and to save in it you have to go the a water fountain, which sticks out of a wall and press R1, it'll refill you health and ask you to save, I assume it'll e the same for warrior within.
