if youre in college, napster will let you download songs for free, but you cant transfer them to an mp3 player. i'm not sure how it works, so read on their website. also, your college should have a P2P thing. or go with these losers and DL songs one-by-one on LimeWire. you could just... buy it... or just go to google and type in "Jesse McCartney torrent" and you can download the entire album.
