,,be who you are never be addicted to a person, place ,or thing ,if we have any defects of character, or shortcomings, always have dreams as many as you can ,to go places ,be a singer ,actor , play a musical instrument ,doctor or nurse anything you can think of,whether you are single,married,happy or sad , work hard every day for that goal, in the future sometime ,someday ,some year fate will give you the chance to fulfill your dreams, don't let mom dad ,friends, relatives, obstacles of life, relationships, birth, or deaths effect you. ,of course you have to have emotions on everything but dont let those emotions take over that you think you cant go on ,because your mind will play with you that is natural , because,all the things we go throught are only a test of being renewed, no matter if we live on the streets , poor in the projects , or middle class, or rich, we can still have are heart soul and spirit to be who or whatever we want to be ,we can't use excuses don't be enabled be able, be an american not a americant ,no matter if people put you down for what ever reason, people can be cruel,if people say you are retarted stupit ,what ever abuse ,you have experienced , mental ,verble, or even phycical, never be a victim of life be a suviver and go on ,any one can have money ,but if you cant deal with what you have how are you going to handle more, my dad use to say money burs a hole in my pocket get your own p.o. box the money i spend on trying to buy friendship, gifts, fast food , movies , smoking, candy im sure you can think of many things to ,thats life, be humble have the strenth to work on anger ,dont take anything , for granted , as far as a higher power notice the good things that happen to you sometimes we get stuck in the past , close the door to the past ,leave it open a little not to forget so you can use it to help others,never put a one hundred percent in anyone ,you are only making room for yourself to be let down ,,because at the end of life you will be the only one there , i get lonely im old i to to think i needed someone to love to live ,you know when i feel. that way ,but if i have a higher power of my choice to love i will never alone .

That love, romance, lust, warm fuzzy feeling, kind-ship is all chemicals of the brain called Dopamine and once I realized my life was evolving around that drug in my brain for my emotional highs, I soon changed my lifestyle to either include that in a control ed environment or perhaps gain more logic and use it and don't let my dopamine make my decisions for me.
