Alot of people don't do the restrooms--remember the old saying about maids not cleaning windows. Now we have all kinds of window cleaners. Bathrooms have been a problem area for alot of employers. I work in a restaurant that has a private company to do a complete cleaning once a week, they replace the soap, add air fresheners etc, I personally like it.The dishwashers just have to make sure the papers are stocked.

Maybe only the restrooms are a cleaning problem. Specialist companys often understand their business better than conpanies that do many things and may not be expert in any.

I don't think this service is intended for offices. I think this is more for public resrooms and other sites with heavy restroom traffic like malls, airports, baseball parks or any other place in need of always clean and stocked restrooms.

Because it's a dirty job that most don't want to do. Another is crime scene clean-up... bigggggg money in that. Another job that office cleaner don't do is ceiling cleaning... which is more profitable.
