I am trying to download my all in one printer But this box pops up telling me my spooler is not connect. When i click yes to connect it says its not installed. I talked to the people from lexmark he had me to go to the run and tpe in net start spooler but it wont so anything i thought maybe smeone here might be able to help me.

Go to Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services and find Print Spooler in the list, double-click it and the properties box will pop up. You can stop or start the service from there. On the General tab it should say Startup Type: Automatic. Click the Recovery tab and where it says Second Failure pull down the combo box and select Run a Program. In the Run | Run program box type:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe
Apply and OK. See if that helps at all.
