My 06 GSXR 600 dosen't make the normal click noise when I change gears sometimes. For instance normaly when I put my bike in 1st from Neutral it makes the click noise, but sometimes it just changes without making any noise at all. What could this be

Your gear clicker is maybe not working properly? What difference does it make? As long as it still runs, if you have one of those very loud annoying high pitched sounding cycles, on occasion they do that. My noisy neighbor has one of those crotch rockets, and it happens to him too.

Quality craftsmanship. As long as you can "feel" a positive indent when you shift, all is fine.
