Find a really cute picture of her when she was little (it has to be a sweet one that she would like) and then blow it up to an 8x10 and frame it for her!

create a card (not buy) use some glitter, but no frilly lace stuff or coatings. a book might also be nice

for the boyfriend - tell him to get her earrings - i have never seen ANYONE reject earrings from a boyfriend
