If Prince Charles died before being King then Camilla could not become Queen. If Prince Charles had become King then the matter is complicated

When Queen Elizabeth's father died, his wife became the Queen Mother, not the Queen.
Same for Prince Charles. If he dies before Camilla, she will become ... well, what? Something. But not the Queen. They'll find a title for her. William will become King.

No, because that's not how the British line of succession works. In fact, I don't think there's any country, ever, that gives the throne to a monarch's spouse when he dies. If Charles dies after having become King, then Camilla will probably get referred to as the Dowager Princess afterwards (since it's been stated she won't be given the Queen Consort title), but won't be Queen.

She wont be queen! She's not royal blood. The line of succession is Charles and then William.
