I can't really tell but it looks to me a lot like a wind scorpion (also sometimes called a false vinegaroon or false vinegarone). Compare yours with the photos at the links below.

Looks very much like a large spider of some sort. Hard to say what it might be without knowing where the photo was taken. Very cool-looking, though!
