Yes - Nothing is absolute, but it is just a abstract concept since there is always something your mind comes to, even in the attempted realization of nothing.
Nothing is the absolute negation of everything.
There is nothing else like it.
But as far as absolute "values" in this world, they can always be mitigated by the subjective experience of them.
To see things in the absolute sense, would take you out the human experience, which is not possible - comprehendable, but you cannot escape the perception of being human within "human being".

It's a question no one can answer and by saying that. I think I'm saying I believe that's the absolute truth. But it all comes into play, religion, is this a chair? Take a chair for example. Put a gajillion people in a room and make them stare at a chair. These people are from around the world. One person sees a chair, another perhaps a foot rest, another, a great way to practice squats, another, a word for seat in another language. See, we all see something different? So is it a chair? Is the idea that someone called it a chair is that absolute? Is the law absolute? What if it was self-defense? Are there exceptions? The exceptions are constant? Absolute or do they change just like life? You probably won't get an easy answer. ;)

I am absolutely certain, that anything in which I absolutely believe, is absolute. Nonsense! Even death is so controversal you won't find any "absolutes" there, either. While some may say, I gave birth to this child & that is an absolute true birth! Or, If I drop something, it will fall...SO? We are so unevolved it's laughable! I love it! I'd prefer not even asking if anything is an absolute, no one can truly "prove" a durned thing. & I couldn't care less. It's all a matter of perception. (Quite limited indeed.)

Hello! Oh yeah, you better believe it! Should anyone jump out of a plane without a parachute, the law of gravity will ABSOLUTEly pull them down to the earth in destruction. Two plus two is also absolutely the sum of four, and there's no way to get around it. The laws of God are absolute, and no matter who breaks them there is an end result. Sin will absolutely (outside of the grace and salvation of God through Jesus) result ultimately in death... no doubt and no escape anyother way... no matter how many gurus and false leaders say so! Hell is absolute as it heaven, and there's the possibility of both... but each has to choose which.

Yes, the title of the book that I am writing "Absolute Freedom Is An Illusion". My name is Kenneth Wayne Howie, born 06/29/69 in Sacramento, CA. This is also my "poor man's patton" because I have had a lot of ideas stolen and have received no royalty checks---and that is the absolute truth.

I haven't decided yet. It seems to me if you can assign a status or a value to a condition (absolute zero or even death lets say) a measurement of some kind then there is always an increment beyond that prevents something from being absolute.

If you say no... then you're saying that your statement that nothing is absolute is the absolute truth. It's a vicious circle...

Speed of light
number of electrons in a hydrogen atom
small atomic force
... about a billion other things. Sorry, but this is a wishy washy question that ignores reality, and shows a profound ignorance of it.
