No, not once in the history of the tournament. This year could change that, as Ohio State, Florida, and Kansas are all in the elite 8 and if North Carolina wins tonight against USC, then all #1 seeds can be in the Final Four.

No, it hasn't happened.
I think they just said they've set a record already this year with six #1 and #2 seeds in the Elite 8. It could be 7 by the time the night is over.

Yeah I dont think its ever happened to my knowledge. I would not be shocked if it happened this year. But I guess we will just have to wait and see.
