All the episodes are in rmvb. The quality is good enough considering it's size (80mb, while avi takes upto 185mb).

O M G I love FMA to download shows I have no clue but you can buy them at best buy or watch them on Youtube.com It really depends on wich episode you want!!!

there is only up to the first 15 episodes though
