Get fitted for the right size bra!
I wore a 34B for years then found out I was really a 32DD!
So much more comfortable and look better now I have the right bra!
Go do it tomorrow morning!!!

ouch, sounds like you're in the wrong size! your bra shouldn't hurt you, if you're wearing the right size you shouldn't even realize it's on! you should get measured and get yourself a new bra that works for you a little better! if you're still a little worried try getting a supportive wireless bra like the ipex wireless at victoria's secret! good luck, sorry you're in such pain! :(

I wouldnt want you in pain. So by all means take it off. And if you just happen to spill some water on your top. That would work aswell.

I would take mine off, as long as I was at home. (I never go without a bra away from home, I have a bounce in my step)

When I come home my bra comes OFF!!! If you're at home take it off. If you're at work you'll prolly have to deal with it until you get home.
