Should sexually explicit lolicon be outlawed?

To those who don't know lolicon is basically child porn , only its drawn and in anime/manga style. The people who draw it or view it say its "art" but we all know thats bullshit. Should they be prosecuted , if so how far?

Even though it's disgusting, where do you stop at free thought and what would be the definition of art? If you ban that, (the drawings, actual child porn should always be banned) then other art forms could be banned. Maybe we should ban the statue of "David", or Venus de Milo. To ban artistic expression of any kind of drawing or painting or sculpture would lead us down the road of dangerous censorship. That is my only problem with it.
