at the age 16, in Canada ontario, am i legaly able to move into a friends house with thier mother, if my mom does dont give permission?

Nope, you sure aren't. Your parents have to not only give permission, but must also give power of attorney to the friend's parent(s).

WELL, YOUR MOM COULD CALL CHILDRENS SERVICES AND HAVE YOU PLACED IN FOSTER CARE UNTIL YOU TURN 18 UNLESS YOUR MOM AGREES THAT THE FRIENDS PARENT CAN BE COME YOUR GUARDIAN OR YOUR MOM GIVES PERMISSION

your good to go by law if you are 16 yes,you can move.hope you are making the right choice it is hard when your away from home.
