That folder is simply a folder Windows uses to store parts of programs to load faster. The come right back when you delete them after you open the program again. No big deal.....

I use "CrapCleaner"- free, you can find it on cnet.com in the downloads section. It cleans out all of the cahe, temp file, and other crud that builds up.
