you sue them because your dairy products might get bacteria from the meat

*** i'd just repack 'em...or else ask them not to put the milk w/ the meat...no big deal. never happened tho'. i'd be more worried about the raw meat and the fresh fruit, or the canned soup on top of my fresh bread.
