Fruits cry out in ecstacy! Their life's purpose is about to be fulfilled. An animal will digest the tasty flesh of the fruit travel and deposit the seeds (along with some awesome fertilizer) a distance away.
The seeds can then grow a new plant.
Veggies probably get annoyed, but we just cover our eyes so we don't hear them scream.

No, for several reasons. Number one to scream you have to have vocal cords. But really folks.... vegetables and Fruit dont have nerves, which means they feel no pain, so have no point of reference to induce screaming..silent or otherwise.
Also due to the fact that they have no brain, they have no center of consciousness that can reason enough to cause fear. (ALTHOUGH!!!!! You have to wonder everytime you hear them dropping another basket of Fries at macDonalds don't you!)

Let me tell you something.
Plants do not feel pain, they have no central nervous system.
Plants do not have a respiratory system with which they could "scream"
Plants have no conscious awareness with which they could even understand the fact that they are being "picked"

Yes, and I think potato chips cry out in pain when they crunch in our mouths too.
Our clothes probably hate going in the dryer, I think they get headaches from spinning around.

If you listen very carefully~~~~~~ you can hear their roots SQUEAK!!!!
They have no central nervous system required to send that kind of a message to a brain that they don't have and then no mouth to shout it out with so....don't feel guilty any more....
