Lots of infromation on the web, google, wikipedia, even yahoo answers. Mexico DF, San Miguel Allende, Tijuana, the Baja Peninsula...each state has an individuality as the New World became known. A colorful history from the Aztecs to the modern technological age. An interesting project.

Mexico City (Ciudad de México) may be the capital of Mexico and an amazing city surrounded by grand mountain ranges. To see that city you can select the most effective selection hotelbye . The city's site is definitely breathtaking. Two magnificent snow-covered volcanoes, Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl, tower above it with their more of 5,000 meters. Mexico City also keeps countless pointers of their previous and these are issues that attract the tourists. The whipping heart of Mexico City is Zócalo - the Plaza de la Constitución (Constitution Square) - where the country's first constitution was proclaimed in 1813 and now's one of the most visited place of Mexico City because it's among the world's biggest squares. Defiantly include Mexico City, it's amazing. Also, look up things on Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua..
Of course include Cancun, Cozumel. Tijuana is not the best place, but it is right across the border so you may be able to find something on that. Here's a few things about Tijuana; Tijuana boasts the most-crossed international border in the world with over 64 million crossers annually.
Tijuana’s Avenida Revolucion is one of the most-shopped streets in the world.
Tijuana is the fastest growing city in Mexico.
Tijuana leads the world in the production and assembly of television sets.
Rita Hayworth, Dolores del Rio, Santana, Herb Alpert, Julieta Venegas, Ana Gabriel and Lynda were all discovered or got their start in Tijuana. Santana’s father wanted him to be a mariachi violinist.
The Caesar salad was first created at Caesar’s Palace restaurant on Avenida Revolucion in Tijuana.
Legend has it that the margarita was created in Tijuana as a non-alcoholic drink for Rita Hayworth in her teenage cabaret days. Tequila was added later. Rita’s real name, of course, was Margarita-Margarita Carmen Cansino.
The clamato, a popular drink consisting of Clamato juice and vodka, was created in Tijuana.
Just do a simple yahoo search on attractions in Mexico. Good luck with your project, Mexico is an amazing place!
