First of all, beautiful women make hot men even hotter. Second, it's competition. If she can catch his eye, which of course she can, she feels more attractive than this beautiful woman who is his wife.

Some women when they see a man has a wife
and they are not getting the attention they want,
they use the married man to get the attention that
is why they flirt and make themselves available,
the only flaw is when a married man is happily
married to his beautiful wife the attention getter
doesn't always get the attention they are seeking.

A lot of women are attracted to already attached men. Psycologically it has a lot to do with stability. Single women see a man who is taking care of his wife and they want that for themselves as well. If the wife is beautiful, well dressed, healthy, and cared for other women are envious. Instead of looking for someone single, they attempt to win the male away from his relationship. Girls are kind of evil sometimes.

a physically beautiful wife doesn't make a happy or beautiful marriage relationship. alot of women find flirting with and carrying on a realtionship with a married man is more desirable because of his situation....he is not in a position to make relationship demands, especially if he is still with his wife. being the other woman allows her the freedom to see him when and if she chooses and also allows her to date others without the stigma of being committed to anyone.
there are also some women that don't mind being the "other" woman and have a committed relationship with a married man exclusively just as though she is his wife.

Thats just life. The flirting women are probably lonely. And they know the man is married and they are jealous...

Because by definition, married men have a lot of experience in everything (yes, everything). Definitely more experience than a single guy.

There is no risk in getting hurt. You get turned down and you can justify it (i.e.; he is married, he can't flirt back with me in front of her). Or it's the matter of a personality disorder.

It pumps up their ego to think they can "steal" a married man from his wife.
All it really does is prove that the man who cheats with them never loved his wife.
