I like to see comedic actors break out into dramatic roles, like Robin Williams in "Good Will Hunting" (but not "One Hour Photo") I hope its a great movie and it wouldn't shock me to see him win a Golden Globe or something. He could end up being as big as Tom Hanks in ten or fifteen years.

I Loved Adam in Spanglish, so I think he will do outstanding in Reign Over Me. I've heard people complaining about how they don't like seeing Adam in dramas, but I think he does his best work in dramas, as far as I've seen, and i'd like to see more. Plus, are you really going to the see Reign Over Me to watch Don Cheadle for two hours?..No. lol

im actually going to see this movie tomorrow, but my son who is 18 went tonight and he said it was incredible....he said it made even him cry.....so i guess it just depends on the type movies you like...its not a typical sandler comedy though its much more resembling a drama and so far its gotten wonderful reviews....i think its probably so well recieved because it reminds everyone watching of just how horrible 9/11 was...a reminder of the worst day in usa history!

He'll probably be good in it, but I wish he'd go back to pure comedy. But like stupid Tom Hanks before him, he has realized that you dont really win awards for BIlly Madison. Which is totally lame because it takes just as much, if not more talent to be a comedian.

I hope he does good. It's cool to see the goofball comedy actors do some serios dramatic stuff every now and again, kinda like when the drama actors try their hand at comedy.

good...I think the older he gets the better he will do with serious roles...he has already mastered the dark comedy with punch drunk love and I believe he is going to nail this one...The feel good movie of the year
