hey guys, just out of curiousity, how much internet quota does pc-to-pc calling cost? does it eat that much on the internet usage? please help.

Yes, it consumes bandwidth, but with most ISP's you will find it hard to exceed your limits because as a rule the ISP throttles your max speed so that even if you were to use your PC 24-7 online it shouldn't exceed the limit and I don't think VoIP consumes but a fraction, it's not totally insignificant but it's not gigatonbillions either.
Since ISP's purchase their connections in bulk their own bandwidth is a total they then have to share with all the users, it isn't so important if one uses a bit more than the other, so long you're not trying to set up a server, I think that is the only thing they frown on.
In conclusion, yes it consumes some bandwidth but no, I honestly don't think you have much to be concerned about.
