It's generally considered to be 142mM, though it is usually between 132-148.

All sodium in the body intracellular and extracellular is 0.9% unless that body is abnormal such as a person in renal failure where it is elevated. Or if a person is on diaretics and then it is excreted through the urinary system and is naturally lowered.
