I run 2 businesses, and I promise, if you need help to guide you and help with money problems- AND you want to start in less than 6 months, you are setting yourself up to fail.
It would be a challenge for a person who needed no outside guidance and had the money issues taken care of to get a small restaurant up and running in 6 months such that it had a good solid chance at survival.

The restaurant business is very competitive. Make sure you have a solid business plan before you start. Every city has a small business development center (SBDC) that has counselors that can help you get started.
You will need:
* Business plan
* Marketing plan
* Financing Plan
In essence what is your plan to make money, differentiate yourself from other restaurants, advertise, etc.
There is ALOT to think about. Do your research. Alot of restaurant businesses fail, if they are not thought out well.

WHY do you want to start a small restaurant business???...You need someone to guide you...meaning you don't know how to do it...and you want people to give you money...

first up u select location. Research about consumer, how many consumer are there. Then u see how much comptition are there. How many player involve in resturent business. try to find out his turn over. then u calculte the market space. visit your comptitor site then u will se his managemnt and his unique feather. then u can caluculate expense. talk to cook and estimate overall costing. make budget. resturent need strong managment, management of manpower, quality management, staff managment and customer satisfaction.
customer come in resturent are three types couple, family, student. u have to measure space which type of customer u target.
after make budget, for investing u have two option either go to bank for finance or make partner for this project or seach investor. you can implement this project
