That's because those other names have the same origins and their meanings are essentially the same as for Karolina.
I've looked and you're right-there's no listing for your name on any site. That means you're special and unique. Isn't that the most important thing?

Sometimes the name is just altered. For instance, Catherine may be changed to Katherine by the parents for their own personal reasons. So I would go with Carolina, it's the best chance you have.
