me i would choose a very funny song from the Dave chappel show. its was a skit and they were in the club listening to a "new" tupac song and tupac was singing about things that are happening now which is impossible since he is dead lol

It depends what just happened that made it the worst day ever. Like today, I found out that the guy who used to love me, doesn't feel that way anymore. So i listened to "I Don't Love You" by My Chemical Romance.

Geez, there's such a selection.
If I were more angry than depressed then I'd listen to something like Slipknot, Otep, or Rammstein...any of the songs, really.
If I were more depressed than angry then I'd listen to something like Hanson, Evanescence, or Weird Al...those always cheer me up a bit.

if I was angry, def leppard or marillion, if I was stressed, it would be boston, kiss, or rush. And I'd also play my guitar, as that realy puts me in a better mood ;)
