How do I fix this problem someone please help me!?

I am able to get on my messengers however they log me on and off constantly please help me!

umm if it is msn then it might just be because msn has been having troubles with its server, else try re-downloading the program, check that your internet connection isn't cutting out, etc

well maybe you loose connection do you have msn or yahoo or aim?
