Many third parties consistently fight in American elections. The duopoly is a disgrace to what the Founding Fathers believed in. There are main reasons why the duopoly has a big edge over third parties: harsh ballot access laws, no media coverage, no access to debates, gerrymandered districts in legislative elections and corporate money. And both these creeps want to reform campaign financing so they can benefit and try to hurt third parties. We all need to do something to help our elections, we need electoral reform badly. Thanks!

You're correct. Just think, in a two party system, we are only one party away from a dictatorship! I'd like to see a viable third party
candidate emerge; or at least a non-mainstream candidate. I'm getting tired of not voting for the person that I like the best, but for the one that I dislike the least.
