Slow down. It seems the faster life passes by us the fatter we get. And we do a lot of sitting as well. Stress, TV, computer, boredom all pretty good at laying on the calories. We munch on things on the run and don't even realize we're eating.

Keep self- discipline about sugar. We are too indulged. and don't think about the consequences. Not only obesity but diabetes goes hand in hand with obesity.
Self-discipline that's what people lack.

Get out tush off the couch and work it like the olden days! Eat healthier, less fatty substances, and not support companies that purposely put harmful, or unhealthy substances in their products such as caffeine (makes you fat), alcohol, or too much sugar, salt, or lard!

brian are you obese? --- It cannot be helped by some people it is a medical condition of some long term drugs. and people do not realise this and to do anything i think would be encroaching on their fee will civil rights AS THEY CANT HELP IT!! I BET LOTS OF PEOPLE AGREE WITH THIS.
