Try massaging your legs and using heat on them to relax them. Try pointing your toes down and holding them theer for a couple seconds. I know how annoying that is. Ask your doctor about Tylenol PM, Mine said it was ok for me, but I never took it. I always have to move my legs and it gets really annoying!

The only way I could get relief was to have my husband rub them. I mean REALLY rub them hard in any way that feels good to you. Put some heat on your legs (not anywhere near your abdomen) and then have someone rub them while you're lying in bed right before bedtime. The heat relaxes the muscles and the massage seems to take the "excess energy" or whatever it is, right out of them. For me,exercise made it worse, but once I quit working it improved.

RLS or only a sprint sciatica can get exceptionally annoying for the time of being pregnant. you're already uncomfortable! only make beneficial that the way you're sitting (or perhaps status) isn't putting anymore stress on the gentle spots. once you take a seat, lean your abdomen off of your lap. once you stand, substitute putting weight on the two leg and save your knees bent. attempt a heating pad once you're at abode earlier mattress and sleep with a marvelous type of pillows positioned anyplace you prefer them to be gentle. and be sure you have become a marvelous type of potassium (bananas, etc) so as that this would not substitute into leg cramps.

Hot baths will help, perhaps your legs are fine, the real problem you are not sleeping is probably sue to high progrsterone which cause big sleeping problems especially in the first and thrid trimester... Have a nice warm tea, warm bath and a massage from your man, and just relax your mind think of something else

when you sleep lay a Body pillow next to you and throw your top leg over it ORRR put a pillow betwen your legs. As for car rides get out when it starts bothering you and walk around for a few minutes.

Try putting a pillow under the backs of your knees to prop your legs up somewhat. This may help to relax them.

Sounds like you have a case of RLS (restless legs syndrome). Talk to your doctor and see if you can take anything for it. I know they have something called Requip or something like that but whether its safe for pregnant women I don't know. Good luck honey.
