I already watched Bleach and Death Note (I watch the Japanese version, just reading the subtitles) but I'm not sure what anime I should watch next. And I only watch up to PG13. I don't like girly or happy animes. I like an anime that has a lot of action, blood, suspense, drama, and if I'm lucky some romance as well.

watch adult swim from 10pm to 1am on cartoon network. over the last few years they've shown a wide variety of anime and adult cartoons. Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Witch Hunter Robin, Trigun, Wolf Raine, Bleach, Lupin the 3rd, Futurama, Ghost in a Shell: Standalone Complex, Eureka 7, and Full Metal Alchemist. There's probably others I left off. Again, for one of the best sources of anime and adult cartoons that are not for children but still not too extreme, watch adult swim on cartoon network

Death Note, Jigoku-Shoujo, and Elfen Lied are good ones. But of the three, my favorite is Death Note.
