Let's say you had a very, very bad day. You came home, switched off the phone, pulled the curtains so it's completely dark and you play somethings that would calm you down or help get off steam. What would it be?

my choice: nine inch nails - for some reason T. Reznor's voice relaxes me - but then again i am weird

I would play Alkaline Trio - Emma, very loud! Then again any loud music will do. I think it's just a way of realising all that pent up anger.

Also chewing on wood, or licking puppies works to soothe and relax. Just don't get it the wrong way around that can be pretty messy! And hard to explain to your mates!

I'd stick on Johnny Cash singing the Trent Reznor tune. Hurt
possibly the best cover version of any song of all time.

Probably original stuff - I'm a musician, so I tend to play my own music - things that are based off of bands I like or things I heard or thought of during the day. But for listening, it would be anything by Joe Satriani and some stuff by Steve Vai.

I would totally choose the Rent soundtrack, start off with the theme song because they are complaining thru that also! then go onto the dancing songs! If you are alone, start cuttin a rug! If you need to blow off steam, pop in Alanis Morrisettes first album, or Sheryl Crow or Melissa Etheridge, I call these angry girl music!

Three Days Grace: "I Hate Everything About You"..usually, when I have a bad day, it involves some sort of hate.

Evanescence: "Tourniquet"..like Reznor relaxing you, Amy Lee relaxes me =)

Probably Elvis, The Beatles, or the Plain White T's.
About the first two, yes I know I'm weird. Espeically since I'm only 16 years old.
But, if you've seen Lilo & Stitch, Lilo listens to Elvis when she's upset so I'm not the only one. It just works for me.

All my musical cds. Right now, it'd be Bohemienne from Notre Dame de Paris.

Music is one of the main things that holds the world together. We probably couldn't survive without it!
