Never too late. You have a MIMIMUM of 40 years of life ahead of you. 4-8 years to get your license and a job, that still leaves 30 YEARS of employment ahead of you...

When you get a job you love, you will never retire.

WRONG!!!!!!! Not to late.

I had a guy in my graduating class that was 53. My brother was 36 when we graduated together.

I'm not going to lie it, will be tough. Lacking a science background, you have two or 3 years of school ahead to even apply. And there is no guarantee that you will get in.

But if you do well in all your classes, and are motivated to become a Pharmacist you can do it.

Where do you live (approximately)?

I hate when people think there has to be a time line for everything. Being human, we change our minds constantly, and that is okay. You should go back to school, and you are definitely not too old. In my experience at school (I am still in college), I always find the best classes, are the ones with the not so typical college student. They seem to bring more to the class discussions, atmosphere, etc.... Good Luck, and enjoy it! School is great.

I'm 48 and getting my Masters, I figure I still have at least 30 years to live, and being at the tail end of the baby boomers, I'll probably need to work at least part-time if not full-time until I'm 70. I would like to do something I enjoy for the next 20-30 years.

Good luck!

Look at it this way. In 10 years you're going to be 50. You'll be 50 if you don't go back to school, and you'll be 50 if you do go back to school. Take your pick.
