according to conventional science time is constant but Einstien proved that time is relative just like any other physical quantity... to understand that you have to travel with speeds close to the speed of light.

Time is a variable, just like velocity, distance and so on So it is RELATIVE to those other conditions.
There are two therories of Relativity.
One is Special Relativity, a good example is the TwinParadox, where one twin leaves earth at speed of light and returns some 50 earth years later only to be 1 day older. while his twin has aged some 50 years. That is relative to the earth its a special case.
Then there is General Relativity, that has to do with space, its shape is determined by gravitational forces, That light travels at a constant velocity and independent of any other factors. The shortest distances in space thus become curved lines due to gravatinal pull of the bodies contained that gravity defines space. Take a look at this website:

according to newton'slaw of motion time is constant. but einstien's was not agree this concept. he say time is not constant they are also variabel. they give to explane with help of Lorentz trosformation equation. they finely proved time is change w.r.t to velocity.then they give to result
deltaT=deltaT'/(1-bita^2)^1/2

He was probably too busy with other stuff to be bothered about time.
