I dint think I had a pelvic floor... but the physio said I must have in order to keep my guts from dangling down around my knees.... to "turn on your pelvic floor" she said, I have to pretend like I am holding in a fart. It occurs to me that it is pretty difficult to hold in a fart and have a leak at the same time.

Guys fart when they pee becuase they relax their muscles down there, and unfortunately, they relax every muscle, causing the fart to be released.
