i need a eyeliner you can use on bottom part of eye?!!!!?

ok at target yeah they have NYC stick eyeliner. Its perfect it goes on soooo easy so u dont poke urself in the eye trying to put it on. They hav TONS of colors, and it cost like a dollar. WEll, do u mean the inner rim, or the bottom below ur lashes? WEll, the NYC is really good for the inner rim, and its good for the bottom too. If u are younger, dont go with liquid liner cause it will look too harsh. Hope that helps!! ☺☻☺☻☺☻♥♥♥♥♥♥

Just get NYC Liquid Eyeliner, I works pretty good. And you can get it at Target for like, really cheap. My friend uses it on the bottom of her eyes and it works really good. Hope it works for you !

I hate 99% of cheap drug store makeup, so I can't give you a specific brand name. However, don't use a liquid on your lower eye; it'll run there. And pencils get dull and scratchy really quick...you really don't want that on that sensitive part of your eye. Instead, try to stick with the "twistie" kind.

I am soooooooooooo addicted to Wet N Wild! I know it sounds cheap and stupid but TRUST me it REALLY works i have like $30.00 eyeliner but i still like Wet N Wild better and i only got it for $0.99 at CVS!

powdered black eye liner, from id i think
you add like a drop of water to a little and it stays on well and looks very nice
but warning- it tickles when you put it on!
