I'm going to explain how to be able to access your "portal" from anywhere in the world using a combination of the DNS/HTTP setup but with a Proxy and a DynamicDNS account so that you won't need to worry about static IP addresses.

That means im going to explain how to access your cpu from anywhere in the world using a network with security setups so that you dont have to worry about other cpus tapping into it.

its going to explain to you how to use your portal(whatever that is) anywhere in the world with a combination of some software?or is it wires? and you dont even need to worry about your IP thingy ma-bobber

It means you don't have to assign static IP addresses because they will be assigned for you. I could probably explain the rest of it but I'm guessing you don't know and don't care.

im not totally sure but I think it means its going to connect to a server or something thru another system (the proxy) and using an alternating IP that would be secure lol

THey are just going to show you how to access your account through a diff combination so other addresses wont use your connection.
