Most phones these days come with a dedicated USB cable and software for syncing the phone's content to a computer.
Nokia PC Suite has a built in image transfer application which detects and transfers photos and videos from the phone to the PC, some Nokia phones such as the N73 and later editions have built in Flickr support to upload snaps directly to this service.
Motorola Phone Tools and similar bundled software with Sony Ericsson and Samsung phones can do the trick for you.
If you have a bluetooth enabled computer you can transfer content through bluetooth too...

i have a motorola razor and i purchase U S B cable and software $18.50 +tax+shipping at www.mygift.com that is about the cheapest way to send to your p c .
but after viewing the photo from my phone camera their not worth the $24.00 i paid but thats my opinion you can also set up through your phone service they have plans that start at $10.00 a month don't make the mistake i made by just emailing to your p c i did after about 10 photos the cost about $6.50 lot cheaper to go with a plan from your carrier
