Who gave your 13 year old access to the company?

Unless you have a contract, the vast majority of people are what's know as 'at will' employees. That means they can quit at any time for any reason, and they can be fired at any time for any reason other than because they are a member of a protected class. So, if your boss decides he doesn't like your cologne - you can be fired. If your son flips him the bird in the mall - you can be fired. If your son steals from the company, and you are the one who gave him access... you can and depending on the seriousness of the theft it's a pretty good bet that you will be fired.

Geeeez I hope not.... That really is screwed up with your kid. And it'll probably get worse in the days to come.
I really feel for you.
Hopefully your boss can understand.
Good luck.
