This may be a stupid question, but is there a site where you can take a picture, just by using ur monitor?? like without any extra plugs or anything? thanks, and any answer will be greatly appreciated!!

Nope. A monitor doesn't have the technical capability to take pictures. It only has the ability to display them. You'll definitely need a webcam, digital, or standard 35mm to get a picture.
