My hubbie just worked a 24 hr shift as a fire fighter, then went straight to his second job as a pool tech and worked for 8 hrs, when he got home he helped me bath and feed the kids and get them off to bed. Hes the best. What should I do to show him how much I appreciate him?

WOW!!! what a sweetie!! you should pamper him on his day off, have the kids and yourself create a "great dad party". make his special meal, put up a homemade banner, and rent his fave dvd. even serve cake, his favorite flavor. and just let him know he's appreciated and loved!! so glad to hear there are men out there who dont just dig in their wallets to "show" love (i was married to one of those), they actually get off their butt and are an active apart of the family!! awesome!

Put some ice in the sink in the bathroom and put a bottle of champagne in there to chill. Light candles all over the room and fill the tub with some warm nice smelling bubble bath (Bath and Body make some for men). Take him into the bathroom and take his clothes off and bathe him nice and slow (all lights except candle light) off. Also some good soft music. Bathe him and massage every part of his body as you are bathing him. It will be the most relaxing thing you could do for him and I think he would love it. Don't forget to give him a glass of champagne or wine to help him relax as well.

If he was my husband I would take him out to dinner, and tell him to stop working so much. Tell him he really needs to take a break. Also I would give the kids to someone you know and you and your hubbie go to a hotel and spend the day/night together!

Find someone to look after the kids and take him out for a romantic evening and to his fave restaurant for his fave meal.
